Heat Recruitment found a challenge amongst their consultants posting job adverts consistently and on brand. Their previous methods were time-consuming and often seen as a chore amongst the consultants so Heat sought a tool that would minimise the time a recruiter would spend generating the job advert imagery, links to the website and status so they could focus back on the consultancy element of their roles, having conversations with clients and candidates.
With a wide network reach across the 70-80 consultants, Heat’s marketing team knew how valuable their posts would be for reaching a wider audience with topics around the sectors they work in, as well as the business services. However, it was challenging for the consultants to find the time or structure of balancing all of those topics. After seeking a tool like Paiger to remove this time and friction of teaching, it was key the time element would be minimised.
After offering a shared drive of content and images to access, they knew consultants often didn’t use them or were unsure of why to, they started looking at Paiger as a tool that could automate every step of the consultant's job and content posting journey.
Paiger has definitely made our internal processes better when it comes to content creation, as it’s ensured that our focus is always on creating content with our consultants and their audiences in mind.
As a result of the broadcasts we’ve been putting out across our team, we’ve been seeing a lot more engagement on the articles on our website. It definitely helps to be able to create bespoke content for our different divisions and to be able to tailor our broadcasts to each of them.
Paiger has been a game-changer for both the consultants and marketing team at Heat. Previously sending out emails to share jobs and content is replaced with broadcasted jobs and content which in turn results in higher engagement across the jobs and article pages on their website.
Further to that, Paiger has improved its internal processes by connecting the marketing team and Heats consultants at the content creation stage, aligning to the audiences of the consultant's LinkedIn networks.
Paiger has created consistency across the business without the need for stock images, or individually created job posts, reducing the time for the consultants and marketing team whilst standing out from the competition featuring GIF job adverts to break through the noise of LinkedIn.
