WHY TEAM CHOSE PAIGER

A network built on 525 independent voices.

TEAM is the UK's largest network of independently owned recruitment businesses, made up of 525 recruitment founders. It gives them access to services that help them compete with bigger agencies.

Running for 32 years, TEAM hosts around 50 in-person networking events a year, plus one flagship annual conference. The challenge was making sure all of that was actually seen on social media.

"Anyone can jump onto an AI tool and create content, but it all looks the same, sounds the same. Our challenge is getting the real stories out there."

ANDY DUNNE, MANAGING DIRECTOR, TEAM

BEFORE

Cutting through a noisy LinkedIn algorithm.

With around six weeks to go until the conference, members told Andy they had seen nothing about the event on social media. The team was posting regularly, but LinkedIn simply wasn't giving that content the reach it needed.

The pattern was familiar: Jahisha posting through the company page, then chasing colleagues to reshare. One or two company posts were carrying the whole message.

THE ROLLOUT

The same message, from many voices at once.

TEAM brought in Paiger, trained Marketing Lead Jahisha Thomas on the platform and linked individual LinkedIn accounts across the team. Jahisha could then send event content out across every staff profile at the click of a button, reaching each person's own network.

Training and ongoing support were a big part of why the rollout stuck. Jahisha describes the response from Paiger's support team as instantaneous, which kept the process moving.

The Vault

A shared library of graphics and messaging, stored with its links and ready to pull out, tweak and reuse across different accounts.

Training and support

Jahisha trained up as a Paiger super user, with support responses fast enough to keep the rollout moving.

THE RESULTS

A LinkedIn takeover, and a conference to match.

The results were immediate and, by TEAM's own account, hard to miss. The impact was felt offline too, with registrations climbing sharply in the six weeks before the 2026 conference.

"Paiger has been instrumental in that," says Andy. "I would put it down as one of the main pillars of why our big annual conference was so successful."

77%

Increase in LinkedIn followers compared with the previous period.

20%+

Higher engagement on LinkedIn than TEAM's competitors.

Best yet

The 2026 conference was TEAM's best-attended to date.

"So many people said all they were seeing was TEAM, TEAM, TEAM, TEAM. We literally took over."

THE TAKEAWAY

What this means for an agency like yours.

In Q1, before Paiger was fully embedded across the team, TEAM welcomed 984 people across 12 events. With Jahisha now a fully trained Paiger super user, TEAM is applying the same approach to the rest of its events calendar.

The lesson travels to any agency: one message sent from every consultant's profile reaches further than one company post. As Andy puts it, the aim now is to make sure "everyone knows who we are."

Every consultant, one message.See it running.
