After years of success in the recruitment industry, the founders of Tracker grew increasingly frustrated that the CRM systems available in the market weren’t really built from a recruitment industry insider’s perspective. Tracker's vision is to continue to support the SMB space and to help them grow their recruitment businesses by using Tracker to build better relationships and run their operations more effectively.
Ashley Bowlin, Director of Marketing at Tracker is responsible for amplifying and managing digital properties and initiatives, as well as focusing the brand on an inbound, content-driven approach to lead gen.

Ashley was looking for a tool that would aid her internal marketing as well as boost the overall Tracker brand. She noticed the reach of the Tracker company page posts was limited and employees who had large networks were not being fully tapped into with branded content.
The Tracker sales team were keen to share content on their own profiles after being told the implications of resharing articles as opposed to posting natively for the LinkedIn algorithm benefits.
She has previously used the likes of Buffer and Hootsuite at past companies and had never being fully satisfied with their functionality.
Ashley recognised the need for a simple tool to distribute company messages to all of the sales team without them having to take time out of their schedules to post. A key issue being to increase productivity and reduce time amongst a lean team.
Paiger is way better than a Buffer, Hootsuite or any of those tools. If only I’d had it 5 years ago, I love it!
Paiger has helped Tracker's employees increase their own engagement as well as boosting the company brand. Whilst balancing the Tracker marketing strategy, Paiger helps to reduce Ashleys time spent on arranging consistent social posts to promote the Tracker brand.
Not only the tool itself but the consultative nature of Paiger's training has given Ashley and her team tips for best practice on LinkedIn, in line with algorithm changes. In a fast-paced industry, Paiger has been a huge help in saving time for their colleagues and their lean marketing team.
