Molly Shoesmith is the Operations Manager at GKR London Property Recruitment. Molly manages operations, training & development, onboarding new starters and building their online presence. Utilising new technologies where possible to streamline and improve her and the team's day-to-day operations.

The Challenges

GKR’s main aim was to improve the consistency and quality of the posting across the business. Some consultants were being more consistent than others online and already seeing the benefits but there wasn’t a central hub for this to be held. 


Previously Molly used Hootsuite to schedule the company page socials but the team were managing their social content and job postings manually. 


Some consultants also needed support to establish their own personal brand and be more effective on social media where writing and creativity didn’t come naturally.

How Paiger Helped

Paiger facilitates consistent posting and GKR consultants have a greater awareness of the importance of building and maintaining a social reputation and personal brand to be seen as busy, credible, engaging market professionals that aren’t just posting jobs but know what is going on within the market.

The team have seen massive time-saving efficiencies with the job posting process, notably scheduling job posts across the weekend has been really successful, helping GKR stand out from their competition and increasing website traffic over the weekend.


GKR initially introduced Paiger to solve challenges on the marketing side of the business, but recent product developments including Boolean searches and market intelligence means GKR are seeing increased efficiency in their BD processes as well as their candidate recruiting process.
