GKR’s main aim was to improve the consistency and quality of the posting across the business. Some consultants were being more consistent than others online and already seeing the benefits but there wasn’t a central hub for this to be held.
Previously Molly used Hootsuite to schedule the company page socials but the team were managing their social content and job postings manually.
Some consultants also needed support to establish their own personal brand and be more effective on social media where writing and creativity didn’t come naturally.

GKR now has internal competitions to become a ‘Paiger super user’ with the winner sharing their successes across the team to further help build the personal brands of the consultants.
The team have seen massive time-saving efficiencies with the job posting process, notably scheduling job posts across the weekend has been really successful, helping GKR stand out from their competition and increasing website traffic over the weekend.
GKR initially introduced Paiger to solve challenges on the marketing side of the business, but recent product developments including Boolean searches and market intelligence means GKR are seeing increased efficiency in their BD processes as well as their candidate recruiting process.
GKR are excited to continue using Paiger to build their consultant's personal brands and get content out across the business after seeing increased confidence amongst the consultants when writing posts.
