The Challenges
Scott aims to find the latest technologies to improve his day-to-day efficiency and save time across tasks. With Scott being a solo recruiter he often wears many hats of the business including the marketer, the recruiter, the finance guy, the HMRC guy, the blog guy and more. Paiger was the tool he looked at to bring all of his content, BD and recruiting on social media to one place.
Previously Scott used Buffer to schedule his own content and the company page social content but this could fall off his to-do list. He knew how important having a consistent presence on social media was for his business but time became the challenge.
Posting urgent requirements for his latest jobs would be too time-consuming taking him away from servicing the client and instead taking him to Canva to design an engaging job post for social media.
