Paiger Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Qualifying Criteria

Referrer: Must be an active, paying customer of Paiger.

Referred Business: Must be a new customer to Paiger, or if a previous customer, must not have been a customer for at least 6 months.

Qualification Criteria: To qualify for the referral benefits, the Referred Business must sign a contract for a minimum term of 12 months.

Payment: No reward is earned or payable until the Referred Business has successfully paid their first subscription invoice in full. Payment of any setup fee does not count.


2. The Referral Rewards

Once the qualifying criteria in Section 1 are met, the rewards will be issued as follows:

For the New Customer (Referee): The standard set-up fee will be waived at the start of the contract.

For the Existing Customer (Referrer):

Choice of Reward: The Referrer may choose between a £100 Amazon Voucher or One Month Free.

Value Cap: If "One Month Free" is chosen, the credit value will be equal to the Referrer's monthly payment or the Referred Business's monthly payment, whichever is lower.

 

Taxation & Reporting Requirements


The Referrer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any tax liability, National Insurance contributions, or reporting requirements that may arise from the receipt of a Referral Reward in the form of an Amazon voucher.

Individual Responsibility: It is the Participant’s responsibility to determine whether they are required to declare the value of the Reward (£100) to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as "miscellaneous income" or under any other applicable tax category.

No Indemnity: Paiger shall not be liable for any taxes, penalties, or interest incurred by the Referrer in connection with the Reward.

Independent Status: The provision of a Referral Reward does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the Referrer and Paiger.



3. How to Claim

To participate in the scheme, a referral must be officially logged via our tracking system in one of two ways:

When booking a demo: A referral can be made when someone books a demo using a valid referral code. Each Paiger user has their own unique referral code.

Via the Referral Form: The Referrer must complete the official referral form located here: Submit a Referral.

Timing: Referrals should be submitted at the time of a demo or prior to the Referred Business signing their contract, to ensure the new customer set-up fee waiver is applied.

No Limit: You can make an unlimited number of referrals.


4. Reward Delivery

Vouchers: Will be sent via email to the Referrer's business email address within 14 days of the Referred Business's first subscription invoice payment.

Service Credits: Will be applied to the Referrer's next scheduled billing cycle following the Referred Business's first subscription invoice payment.


5. General Rules

No Self-Referrals: Customers cannot refer themselves, their own subsidiaries, or companies where they hold a majority stake.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding who referred a customer, the timestamp on the "Submit a Referral" form will be used as the final determinant.

Cancellations: Should a Referred Business seek to cancel their subscription before the end of the first 12 months, Paiger reserves the right to reclaim any Service Credits granted to the Referrer.
