The marketing team has a candidate and client-focused content strategy where multiple pieces of content are created and published online weekly. As it is with many organizations, sharing content on social media platforms is not a priority for the sales team. They agree that the content resonates with customers but have trouble taking the time out of their admittedly busy schedules to share company posts.
The desire was to bring higher engagement, candidate and sales leads from their content. This started with an educational approach to show the team that sharing company content not only proves The Intersect Group is in touch with the job market and conditions that affect their candidates and clients. It also positions their sales team as individual thought leaders when they share relevant content with their followers.
But this approach didn’t negate the feeling of “not having enough time” to share posts. They even ran contests and still no increases in their share rates. Prior to using Paiger, they tried to get their sales team to share by asking them and constantly following up and reminding them, but this was extremely time-consuming, and ineffective.

Colleagues still have the ability to add their own opinion to posts, but also the marketing team can write this initially.
